We’ve added full AI support for Zendesk! like we recently launched with Intercom & Gong, Cardinal AI will go over all tickets and conversations and automatically bring in the ones having customer requests in them (and identify and link the features requested)

No more “I wish we had a call recording tool” - if you’re using Zoom, you can have all customer calls that have feature requests in them be automatically listened to, identified, and extracted by AI.
