☎️ Intercom AI Automation

All Intercom conversations get immediately scanned by AI, brought in, and linked to the features requested automatically.

You no longer need to chase GTM teams or ask them to log & update requests from customer conversations. AI does it on its own, in real-time, as the requests come up.

Next time you want to prioritize the idea or feature, you’ll have all the customer calls that referred to it ready and linked to it!

🪑 Pricing Requests

As requested by some smaller customers, we’re removing minimum required seats! so you can better onboard your teams across various functions.

Your price-per-seat remains the same, but it means you can start off with $16/mo (annual commitment) as you’re growing your use of Cardinal across your company.

💬 Conversation Tab

A conversation tab is added to each feedback item, next to its summary (Intercom for now, the rest like calls, slack threads, etc to follow).

You can now see the full thread/transcription next to the summary, especially useful with integrations and automation bringing a lot of information in.

🔒 SOC2

We’re making progress in getting SOC2 compliant and are expecting our audit soon, if anyone is interested in getting a formal letter we’re happy to provide it (as already done with a few of you by now)

🍰 Feedback import from Notion

You can now bring in your Notion DB of customer calls and feedback easier and better mapped than ever (putting the right fields in the right place)

🔔 Gong.io AI Automation

We’re looking for early adopters for the same concept as the Intercom AI Automation for gong.io. Ping us if you’re one of `em.

  • Description in the Feature side panel:
