SOC2, AI Calls ingestions confidence, Feature Merge, and some UX improvements

🛡️ SOC2

We’ve worked a lot on this (by “we”, we mean “Mor Sela” did), and have been waiting for the official certification for a while now! We’re SOC 2 Type 2 certified.


🧠 AI Calls ingestions confidence improvements

We’ve vastly improved Ai’s confidence levels when identifying requests in customer calls. You can now completely control the confidence levels such that Low or High will only bring in calls that had some requests in them. only Any confidence will being calls even if AI was not able to articulate the requests/find specific features in the calls.

** This also applies to Zapier and custom API implementations


🅿️ Feature Merge

You can now merge existing features!

Simply check a few features in your backlog, choose your destination feature and merge away! This will automatically move over companies requesting it and linked feedback into it 🥳


📈 Other Improvements

  • Optional Feedback provider: setting a person as the provider of a feedback is now optional (yet recommended!)

  • Add-Task UX revamp

  • Nicer company and features select UI
