You can now add columns and properties to your backlog and features! We’ve started with supporting Text, Number, Select/Multi-Select, Team Member, and Checkbox.

We’ve added feedback search support within all calls, transcriptions, and tickets.
If you wanna know who said “Slack” , mentioned a competitor or said something specific, it’s now easy to track down, across sources!

New Features unsaved changes confirmation: never lose your new features again!
Company Modal now opens the company page (instead of directing to your CRM)
Supporting
tl;dvtranscription formatSpeed improvements to adding features to feedbacks and vice versa
Fixed that pesky “unread” feedback bug (blue dot not going away)
